本书是《中国作物及其野生近缘植物》系列专著之一,分为导论和各论两部分。

导论部分论述了作物的种类,植物学、细胞学和农艺学分类,以及起源演化的理论。

各论部分共41章,第一章概述了菌类作物在国民经济中的重要地位,世界和中国的生产与供应情况,菌类作物的种类以及中国菌类种质资源的特点等。

第二章至第四十一章分别叙述了双孢蘑菇、草菇、毛头鬼伞、巴西蘑菇、长裙竹荪、平菇、杏鲍菇、金顶侧耳、香菇、木耳、毛木耳、金针菇、茯苓、猴头菇、灰树花、灵芝、滑菇、银耳等64种主栽或珍稀菌类作物的生产概况,分类地位、形态特征和生物学特性及其多样性,起源与分布,以及包括野生近缘种在内的抗病虫、抗逆、优质、特异、适合加工或其他用途的各种类型种质资源,并简要地介绍了各菌类作物种质资源的细胞学、分子生物学等有关方面的研究进展与种质资源的创新利用情况。

This book is one of the series of monograph entitled Crops and Their Wild Relatives in China . It was divided into introduction and contents. The introduction described the plant species, botany, cytology, agronomic classification, origin and evolution. The content was subdivided into 41 chapters. Chapter 1 outlines the important position of mushroom crops in national economy in China, mushroom production and supply in China and in the world, mushroom species, and characteristics of mushroom germplasm ect., in China. And chapter 2 to chapter 41 described the production significance and production status of 64 species of mushroom crops of common mushroom, Chinese mushroom, shaggy cap, himematsutake, long net stinkhorn, oyster mushroom, king oyster mushroom, golden oyster mushroom, shiitake, wood ear, hairy jew's ear, velvet foot, tuekahoe, bearded tooth, maitake, shining ganoderma, nameko mushroom, white fungus ect., the classification, morphological characteristics, biological characteristics of mushroom crops and its diversity, origin and distribution; various types of germplasm resources including w ild relatives: disease and insect resistance, stress resistance, high quality, specificity, suitable for processing or other purposes; and the research on cytology, molecular biology and other related aspects of germplasm resources of mushroom crops and the innovative utilization of germplasm resources were briefly introduced in chapter 2 to chapter 41.This book provided scientific, theoretic, novel, practical and perspective.
